PSA/DRE is just a standard test males of a certain age are encouraged to have done regularly. I'm approaching that "certain age" (relative to family history") where I have to start the regime.
However, the Gleason Grading (needle biopsy) would only be required if that first test indicated problems (similar to yours - tests indicate whether further tests are required). So, I've no results, nor any reason to expect any bad ones, other than regular paranoia.
