You can use SD and SDHC cards. SD covers the memory sized 2G and below while SDHC covers the memory sizes from 4G to 32G. Pocket Pro supports all sizes up to 16G but even the 32 are likely to work.

Pick the size you want. The pros are additional capacity from the 1/2 Gig internal and the ability so use a card reader to load the cards is you wish. The cons are they cost money.
