You have privacy and you have privacy. That companies save my address after I order something at their webshop, I don't mind too much (especially if I give it to them because I want that product shipped). But this:

goes too far. This goes against the secrecy of correspondence. Here, that secrecy is inviolate.
Also, it implies (as more and more things do) that you are guilty unless proven innocent.
