I use a laserprinter & and print 4 pages on one sheet with a fold in the center on normal 8.5 x 11" paper.

I did it at first to make a few copies for my family and friends.
As I look at Lulu, I don't know that there would be any advantage over what they do - hence the reason for posting the survey.
