There was a bunch of folks here on MR from Canada, who already bought PB360.
You'll have to pay about $30 (US) for shipping with USPS, which would take from 3 to 5 days.
If you choose to use UPS Standard (about $21) you'll have it delivered a day faster but you'll have to pay customs brokerage fee, which is not a case with USPS shipping.
