Sony support
I have to say that Sony support has been shady and essentially non-existent for me. My Sony 505 virtually died in under a year, still under warranty. I had not abused it, only used it for pdf's and 2 free downloaded books and it just died on it's own. I've called and called Sony support, and they've promised to help but have not. So, I will never buy Sony again. Lucky are those that have had good service from them, but they've fried my bananas forever.
