I post a pic of chocolate cake just as Beppe is telling us about his PilotDiet meals.

But what a nice idea! I loved the picture! I am so full with the PilotDiet lunch that that thing you showed, to me has exactly the appeal of Mae West. i would just love to poke her in front and see if she makes whistling noises ...

Look, Beppe, be assured that several of us are struggling with our weight. Of course, not me - ahem! Erm, anyway, the cake is all in fun.

And in good flavor and texture, I hope!

Yesterday, I had a plate of veggies for lunch and also for dinner. I'm about to have some granola for breakfast. Cake (and bacon and doughnuts) are simply figments of our collective imaginations. So ignore the visions and chatter about these things because they are not real.

Noooo. How could I have thought for a moment that .... Noooo. Do not tell me that also the trebuchet stuff is ... Noooo.

And I wish you and BOb and others (not me, of course - ahem!) the best of luck on their regimens.
You are a nice kid, dog. God bless you for your nice words!
