EPUB to PDB - losing TOC - Austen's Mansfield Park

Howdy... I'm trying to convert Mansfield Park to PDB so that my wife can do some occasional reading on her Palm Centro (and maybe I can get my Kindle back someday :-).

I'm starting with the either the epubBooks version (http://www.epubbooks.com/book/32/mansfield-park) or HarryT's illustrated version here (https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54996).

With both EPUBs, I tried the default settings, and ended up with no TOC. I've tried "Force use of auto-generated Table of Contents", and under PDB Output I've tried "Inline TOC".

Would appreciate any advice/assistance. Conversions to MOBI went beautifully. The free version from the Kindle store doesn't have a functional TOC, so this is a welcome change there.

[On a sidenote -- I *really really* love having the ability to read books purchased anywhere on any platform. Calibre is a *great* product, and I'm going to donate some money right now, in fact.]

[Not that I'm admitting that I've done such things, but converting a copy of _Cryptonomicon_ purchased for the Peanut Reader on my Zire 71 back in 2003 and having it be readable on my Kindle... well, if that was possible, that'd be really awesome. ;-P And since the Kindle version of _The Girl Who Played With Fire_ inexplicably lacks a functional TOC, but the Kobo version does... well, it sure is nice that it's *possible* to convert that EPUB to MOBI. I mean, except that it would be a violation of DMCA. :-P]
