It does seem appallingly likely that they won't refund anything for Micropay balances, at least without being specifically asked (seems like they'd have to offer some such option for people who bought Micropay directly - and I doubt they'll bother to have a separate policy for them). Or maybe they could offer Ereader or B&N credit instead? At any rate, the situation does smell "off" enough to make me go buy a couple of trashy mysteries just now, so my micropay is down to $1.45.

P.S. And a couple of short stories brings it to $0.05. Has anyone managed to make it come out even?
