Well, if you highlight text in the 900, you can use Sony's software to export the highlighted text to an RTF document. I don't think there are copyright violations, unless you are claiming to have written the text. Sony could make it so that the author and title tags are automatically uploaded to Facebook along with the text you want to share. Just thinking outloud here...
