Thanks for the positive vibes, prayers, well-wishes, and assorted other kindnesses, folks. Yup, hubby is OK. He had a reaction to the anaesthetic which isn't particularly rare and should have been checked for before leaving hospital. Grrr! So he got almost all the way home with his Mum and then had to be rushed to hospital again... a different one
Like I said, he's OK, but it caused a lot of excess pain and misery that was utterly unnecessary.
On the bright side, he says thanks too
