Just got back from the doctor - my first annual physical exam in quite some time - I got the "you're over 50 lecture" when I went in for the flu shot earlier.
And just like I told them - I'm fine! All my numbers are normal, my cholesterol is not a problem. I did need a tetanus booster - now my left arm will ache for 2-3 days!

Will keep on doing what I'm doing -seems to be working!
