Hi Leigh, I think all you need to do is install some ereader software for the type of ebook your trying to read. My favorite is ubook, but zuluReader and mobipocket reader are also good choices. Usually you just download the cab file from the software's site and copy that cab file onto you memory card for the je100. Then you windows explorer on your je100 to find and double click on that file to install it.
