The best way to do this is to use the local wireless connection method. Go to the Goodreader web site and look up the how-to, and it'll give you all the instructions you need. Once you establish a connection in this manner, you will be able to view Goodreader's internal file structure in your file manager on your computer. You can then do anything with it you can do with any other directory structure: create folders, block-transfer hundreds of files at once, etc.
