The question about IQ was not malicious at all.
Ages ago I lost a huge amount of weight in a real short time. By your blood pressure, I might have been of your actual age if not younger.
I stopped the diet when I realized that the sharpness of my mind (that was my best and only asset and defense from being caught in my wheeling and dealing in the complex paths of life), was quite gone. With less fat and sugar in the blood, the old tomato started to misfire.
So really the question was IQ before and after.
By the way I have been through day two and I am being strict and very satisfied. Really I feel already better. To day I woke up in a better mood, more alert. I had a very good day at the office and at the playground with my child. Less tired. I know that it is ridiculous, just after two days, but I feel great. And who has the merit of this bliss? You oh pilotBob.
