I just signed up for the Sony Credit card hoping to get the Sony Reader for about $50. In addition, I placed an order for this DVD of classic books.

BASIC QUESTIONS:

Can I use a PC with an SD card reader?
Does the card need to be formatted by the Sony ebook?

How can I transfer the files to the reader for viewing? (as an alternate to the posting just above this one)

Is this it? (is the method above better?)

Put DVD into a PC DVD drive, select the desired files and copy them to a file folder on the hard drive, insert SD card into a USB 2.0 SD card reader, drag and drop the desired files to the SD card, insert card into Sony ebook -- select file and read away? or?
