The PB360, ironically, does have MP3 support, but it can't play them (there is no earphone plug) so it doesn't matter
So no, you can't play mp3 audiobooks in it.
What it does have is a dictionary, and not only one, but you can put many, even create them yourself. In Mobileread itself I've seen some people putting up some self-made dictionaries, and in the support sites you can find more.
