However, I have used fasting to good effect and do get over a hump.. I always make sure to take in 200-300 calories, usually in apple juice of the like so as not to lose muscle which the body will take... it needs some protein to metabolism body fat into fuel.

I am busy saying good bye. I know that Monday morning I will be slicing apples, bananas, strawberries. And bran. So I rather say good bye now, to you French Toasts, eggs and bacon, sausages and sausage, hot biscuits, little potatoes, pancakes with melting butter and fragrant maple syrup, good bye luscious porridge with brown sugar and whole milk, good bye S. Viateur bagels, slightly toasted with cream cheese and lox. good bye eggs Benedict.
Good bye golden crunchy toasts smeared with grape jelly.

That's it. I have no more words for breaking the fast. And it would be cruel to start with all the other wonderful platefuls that lay in wait for my desires and my dreams.

An other trick for not losing muscles is to use them. Right after the meal is even better as the message to Body is burn, burn now. Not you Muscle, Master needs you, You Fat come over, hurry up, burn.

I should be OK. I have to walk for 10 minutes from where I park the car to the train. Then from the Metro to the office, and when I come back an other walk to the Nursery, from there to the playing ground. Then my share to check the baby, at 3 she is at her peak in endangering herself, then walk to the car and then cooking supper. And the same thing again and again. Always running. We'll see. I expect much from this diet. At the end of June we go to the sea for 2 weeks and I want to feel lighter and swim in those shoes. Ah Ah
