This IS the problem. But I wonder if there is a ground-level change (or one coming) in the same way people would never pay to listen to music online. There are legal free music spots online, but still they download (not pirate).

Perhaps though, written work is not considered as "On The Fly" as music in that it travels with them a lot... I hadn't considered that one.....
