All of the John Grisham eBooks have an embedded font. Three Men in a Boat (on MR and well formatted by Zelda) has an embedded font. Neptune Crossing by Jeffrey A. Carver (posted to MR) has an embedded font to have a look to match the paperback look.

These are just a few examples of ePub that have embedded fonts that would have the reading experience changed by using iBook.
