Yeah it would make sense to be able to reply to emails, but with the inclusion of wifi and 3G on some e-readers, isn't it possible to do this already or maybe sometime soon?. If the email contains a web link that too could possibly be used for browsing. Personally i don't have a wifi working reader so I can't comment on just how versatile the wifi/3g setup is like.
