If a user thinks of the Calibre GUI as just a convenient index for finding books, then of course they'll want to control the filenames and folder names. Yep, when I first tried it out, that's what I expected to use it for. This time I'm determined to learn more about it and see how I can use it properly, and maybe even how I can make it behave closer to what I need. I'm testing out the features using a portable version, so I don't know, maybe that might influence the behavior of the program. What bothers me right now is I think I followed all the steps correctly, I watched the video (which is btw too big for my monitor so I constantly had to move it up and down), and I still don't get what I expected. I must be doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what.
