Thanks for all the warm welcomes!

I wanted to say, I had an odd problem - my Nook froze 'On'. I wasn't able to do anything with it from the instructions in the manual so I called B&N, and the lady on the phone was very helpful, and had me take the back off, remove the battery, plug it into the wall charger, and turn it off. I was then to 'charge' it without the battery for 15 minutes, replace the battery, then charge it for 4 hours with the battery (not overnight, she was sure to tell me). I've had no more trouble with it, but she did say she made a note of my problem (she took down the battery serial #), and said if I continued to have trouble, to bring it to the store and they'd take care of me. I was quite happy to get such competent and immediate customer service.
