Wait a minute, you said you placed an order, it did not arrive and you did not get a bill? How's that fraud?
I recall seeing a mention on the Cherrypal website about being hacked back in December and again in January. Is it just possible that there may be a connection between your order apparently being lost, his lack of correspondence with you, and... your missing billing?
Why not take a chill pill and remake contact with Cherrypal. Maybe he lost your info.
