Well, Dr. Drib, I found one exception. The book "A Thousand Splendid Suns" sells at CONNECT for $20, while on amazon.com, the hard cover is much less, I forget now, but around $15.
I wrote a polite email to Sony pointing this out, but of course, never got any response from them.
