I just fell off my deck
. not normally an epic event, and also not normally something I would do. I tripped over a feed bag while watering my hanging tomatoes. my new knee wouldn't support me and I fell... over bending the knee (I'm not able to completely bend it yet) while it happened. it kind of feels like I tore something in the back of my thigh. I have it elevated and iced and have taken a double dose of pain killer and I just want to cry so badly!!!
