I guess I do not seem to agree with that assessment now. 5 years ago maybe, but it seems as the fear of terrorism is not as strong at is used to be and the economy has taken hold over it.
I mean honestly if you want, I guess you can say that is how almost all government's run is by fear then by that argument. I was just wondering if you were from the US that is all as I noticed a lot of UK posters on this board.
Also I guess it depends on where you are at, but in Philadelphia, we don't get those type of campaigns anymore. It is who can get the city out of financial trouble, and not much to do about fear or anything like that.
