Oh dear... there's something wrong with me...

I love a number of authors mentioned here, the Narnia books, LOTR, Sherlock Holmes but I couldn't read any of them again... the ones I DO read again and again are...

All the Asterix Books they are superb, written on so many levels and laugh out loud funny I also have a couple of Lucky Luke books I dip into occasionally,
Everything by Dr Seuss (I love the illustrations),
A book of John Betjamin poetry (yes I can't remember how to spell his name).
McCarthy's Bar by Pete McCarthy - very very funny and the only grown up book I seem to be able to re-read... oh no actually I tell a lie, I could re-read pretty much anything by Terry Pratchett... but I do find it annoying, on about page 3, when you remember the whole of the rest of the book, while Dr Seuss and Goschinny and Uderzo have this knack of being different each time, probably because of the detail in the illustrations...

I suppose, also, I have so little time to read anything, and there are so many new books to read, that I don't re-read as much as I might...

Blimey! does any of this make sense?

Cheers
