Dear All:

I think this is a good time to make everyone realize that as we grow bigger we are adding more people. I am pleased to have others take some of the load off of me and it is a lot of relief.

We now have the new eBook Store and a new eBook Store Specialist. We are delighted to have Jenifer as she is passionate and full of fire to grow the site. Like all new things, there have been some hiccups. We are having the webmaster go crazy with what needs to be done. His biggest task right now is getting the new FORUM on EZread.com

However, we are also urging him on regarding several issues:

1. Getting the site more user friendly for people purchasing multiple eBooks at one time. Making it work right the first time.

2. Getting PayPal up onto the site so people Internationally can purchase eBooks easily.

3. Refine the search engine further by placing EPUB and PDF formated titles next to each other when searched.

4. He has already added a search by Format function as you had requested and made the search-by-author function more user friendly.

There are a lot of other tasks too numerous to mention here... but we are working on everything and improvements are happening quickly. We are also asking Google for permission to approve their FREE Library on our site to a wider area than just the USA. We are planning to be one of the first to offer Google Editions as well... which will bring huge numbers of "pay" titles to our site.

By point is that I will still be here most often... but we do have a team now. I cannot step on others' toes. As people assume the responsibility and authority to run tech support and purchasing problems and the eBook Store... I need to let them do their jobs too. Eventually I will be mainly new devices coming and features and such... and there should be a lot of new devices soon to discuss.
