Sony PRS-500 - Not available
NOT AVAILABLE. Thanks to the lead from the individual who messaged me, I was able to get the 500 firmware updated by Sony Canada (though it took a reasonable amount of effort and persistence to do so). My sister-in-law is now happily reading ePUB library books on her 500.
