The filename thing seems to be an important piece of information. I suspect that's what i've been getting hit with all this time.
I can't return it. I've had it for a long time already. When it works, it's great. It's just getting the book to open that's the difficult part.
THe book in question has a few weird characters in the title. (, ), spaces, -. I wonder if the issue is that. I'll play with the filenames and see if I can force it to happen.
