yes, that's a good point, and i agree, but i still remember the absolutely horrific experience i had the last time i had cable internet, and i can't help thinking that it would be a mistake to leave my current isp, even if currently i am wishing individual death and destruction on each and every one of their techs / "help" counsellors.
