It could be worse..., I've been watching 1080p movies on a 60" plasma, with 7.1 sound.

Then I browse some non-mobile sites on my 27" iMac and play a Flash game or two.

Then I go to bed, and read a bit on my old Kindle, which doesn't tire my eyes at all.
