When you reported a post, a notification is also e-mailed to the respective moderator(s). This is where the 120 seconds minimum comes from - we require a minimum of 120 seconds before a user can send another e-mail to prevent abuse. But I agree it's cumbersome if you have more posts to report. Will look into finding a solution.
