The main reason why I don't think it is a scam is that I have studied the background of the school, and I have read their free GMS manual, which explains the techniques used in the course. Even just by reading the manual I have been able to apply a few things. Anyway, it's good to be careful, especially when someone is asking for your money. If you still have questions, I'd be happy to try and answer them. If the course turns out well for me, then I'll say so. If it turns out to be a bomb, I'll be the first one to post anywhere I can.

I took the course. It works, and everything they are saying is true and more.
Bought it from realmemoryimprovement.com same company.
If you have any doubts, do as I did: Go to the discussion forum, and chat with some of the current students on skype. Try to find someone in your city, and meet them personally. I did. And what they could do just blew my mind away.
Honestly, do you see many products online have open discussion forums??? The only way they remotely could have something like that, was if the product was working and keeping all the promises they've made.
The course is about 300$, and when you see how much it will change your life, you too will think thats pretty cheap. The best money I ever spent.
