Not really but with the long-term drought it seems that way. I don't have the sprinklers on yet but the grass in the back needs it's first mowing (might do that later today as well) it's about 4" or so average right now I'd say.
Oh and I've got a few Garlic plants that are 2nd year that have returned. I planed a few the previous year and actually got some nice fresh garlic.
