What is the problem that you're experiencing?
Number 1 did not work for me, and I am running WinXP SP2. It didn't work, and caused so much performance degredation that I had to reboot my laptop.

If you open the DVD to just the root folder, you will see a group of HTML files which represent the categories on the DVD. I had to go through each one to copy the files to the desktop.

Do you really use Connect like in #3? I have tried and can't just drag and drop. I don't think Connect works that way.
