Trust Iceland to start another disaster (sorry Iceland, not meant personal).
My thoughts go out to all travellers stranded, to all employees, to the airlines who may not recover from this.
I know lots of people trying to travel at the moment, being stranded someplace weird.
I hope everyone of you who is travelling home is making it safe and soon. Those of you planning on travelling - sounds like you can forget plane travel until at least Tuesday.
I hope some nice locals will take in some stranded passengers. I went to the airport, but no one waiting or being stranded atm. Will go again tomorrow - would hate to be in that position. And from what I hear, the hotels are getting full and not everyone can afford to spend that money. And it seems as if most travel insurances do not cover this sort of delays.
