If they haven't been converted to ePub, they won't show up in the regular store listings or searches.
Did you try looking for them under the "My Purchased eBooks" section of "Account Overview" in the Sony software? If they haven't been converted yet they'll show up in there with an "Available Soon" button instead of "Download Now". |

Now, I ran into a book that was
replaced in the store. The NIV Bible for the NIV Bible. The one I bought shows "Available Soon."
Because the one currently for purchase is obviously the same as the one in my list, I contacted Sony and they agreed the link was probably bad and they'd try to fix it. I won't know for a few days if it works.
I'm sure my case is pretty unique, but it's still worth
searching the store for the same Star Trek books to see if they are there. If so, let Sony know, and they may fix the link so you can re-download.
Otherwise, what BobVA said applies: the conversion to ePUB on the publisher end hasn't happened yet, and you just need to wait.
