Personally, I just found the spanish "almojarifazgo" irresistible. Ok, it means "tariff", but it's just so abstrusely long and euphonic that it makes me squeal.
When I took German in college, the entire class was much enthralled with "Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung" (speed limit).

English...there's a popularly held, or at least widely quoted, belief that "cellar door" is the most euphonious phrase.
