Make it? Yes. Find a trustworthy supplier who actually knows what he's selling? Unlikely.
The last one I knew was the proprietor of an odd herbs and spices store, who sold blotter under the counter. The last time I saw him, many years back, he was planning to split to Amsterdam.
What finally caught up with him wasn't drug dealing, it was taxes. He'd never paid any. I think he ate a little too much of his own merchandise, because he wasn't aware he
had to, till the tax people came to his door...
