Yes it does. Coolreader will read ePubs, AND allow you to set how it looks, provided you change a couple of settings to tell it not to use the preformatted text and embedded styles of the document.
Of course, the other way is to edit the .css style sheet inside the ePub (Calibre can do this automatically, there's a thread around here telling how)
