Wouldn't it be nice if all pbooks were made like high-quality Bibles with the ribbon bookmark built right in?

I've made bookmarks by hand a couple of times for hardbacks by taping a ribbon to thin material such as a typical paper bookmark, and then shoving the paper part into the space in the spine of the book. It works especially well on thick books.
