That is the standout, single best file manager ever written. I have used it for years, and even convinced the boss at work to buy licences!
A lot of people look at it and write it off as just another Norton Commander clone - but it is soooo much more than that. I would use it, just for the superb bulk file renaming and file/directory comparison capabilities. The way it integrates ftp and remote file access with local file management is a winner too. Also, the 2 tabbed-window file management system is superbly powerful.
In linux, a similar application is known as Krusader - a bit different but still quite good.
