I know. I hate making thing more complex than they could be. But we need the agreement for others that may not be great like you.
I am getting the draft approved over the weekend and plan to send to you Monday.
If all goes smoothly, we will have your free title up first (hopefully Tuesday or Wednesday... and pay titles by end of next week hopefully.
Again, the agreement is pretty simplistic and does not have legaleze. It is good old plain English.
