Hey,
I have a new PRS-600. It was given to me for my birthday 3 months ago, I turned it on once that day and have not used it since.
Today I started charging it. I charged it for 5 minutes until my sister unplugged it by mistake. She tried to turn it on and it froze on a 'no battery' screen.
I cannot turn it on or off.
When I try to charge it the red light doesnt appear either!
I have tried resetting it but that hasnt worked
Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do?
