Okay, I failed
... I cannot 'hear' the correct way to pronounce the word in my mind, so you'll have to take this as you find it ....

Eyjafjallajökull (or Eyafallajökull) is pronounced AY-uh-fyat-luh-YOE-kuutl (-uh), that is -ay as in day, -fy as in few, -oe as in French coeur, -uu as in boot, the -tl as in atlas. ]
Eyjafjallajökull II
from land of fire and ice
and ancient sagas, too.
a story now unfolds
to thread a tale of woes
around the world.
as plans both great and small
now break with ease,
on land and sea and in the air;
as nature's wrath leaves
a taste, so foul, in mans' puny plans
to forge and change and pretend control.
baby-faced Eyjafjallajökull,
dwarfed
by sisters two ...
throws out her toys from pram
and weeps....
ashen tears to flood the air
and melts her coat of white
to wash away the lines of tar,
and pose a threat of more
and more...
dear baby-faced Eyjafjallajökull,
she broods...
now scowls....
her tantrums spread to great extent;
and howls
are heard from far and wide,
whilst men with wheels,
and hulls,
rub fiscal hands with glee.
from land of fire and ice
and earthen birth,
a saga told once and twice,
then countless times more;
angry vents remain to threaten all.
this island midst the Sea of Atlas
(he with shoulders broad)
supports his niece ....and countless more ...
the island-mountains glacier
dear baby-faced Eyjafjallajökull.
