Do you know if anyone has this with English subtitles? Sorry, I only speak English, shameful, I know!

Take a look at this vid and the ones in the sidebar. It illustrates the strength of feeling about this bill and the amount of protest likely to ensue. The whole thing will collapse like the poll tax.
