That would make sense, officers have semi private (two or three people) staterooms; so putting a couple of women in one of those would be doable. I'm not sure about boats newer than about 1983, but none of them that I served on had more than one officer's head/wash room/shower (except for the Captain's).

I guess they could kick the enlisted men out of one of their's, that's always good for moral!
