Without the device in front of me, it goes roughly like this (will edit it later with more detail):
1. Add your books to calibre. Convert to ePub if necessary.

4. On your iPad connected to the same wireless network as your computer, open readMe.
5. Press the plus icon to add a book.
6. You can add the server address for your calibre server or access it directly. The format is http://serveriport/. For example, http://192.168.10.6:8080.
7. Click the link to your server.
8. Click an ePub book.
9. Wait for the file to download. The book will automatically show up in your readMe library.
10. Select the book from your library and read!
